  • Grading and leveling land

Foundation Installation

  • Digging and preparing holes for footings and foundations
  • Installing and assembling foundation forms
  • Installing rebar and reinforcing steel in foundations
  • Waterproofing and sealing foundations

Asphalt Work

  • Operating asphalt paving machines
  • Preparing, mixing, and laying asphalt
  • Compacting and smoothing surfaces
  • Asphalt patching and repair work
  • Roadway construction and maintenance

Utility Work

  • Installing and maintaining underground utilities (water, gas, electricity, sewage)
  • Installing utility lines, hydrants, and manholes

  • Roadway construction, including excavation, grading, and paving

  • Assisting with bridge construction, including formwork and rebar placement
  • Installation of bridge decks, beams, and support structures
  • Concrete pouring and finishing on bridge projects

Concrete Work

  • Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
  • Setting and removing forms for concrete pours
  • Mixing concrete for various applications
  • Installing concrete foundations, sidewalks, and roadways
  • Concrete demolition and removal

Trenching & Pipe Installation

  • Digging trenches for utility lines, sewers, and water mains
  • Installing and securing pipes, conduit, and ductwork
  • Backfilling and compacting trench materials
  • Installing storm drainage systems

Flagging & Traffic Control

  • Directing traffic around job sites to ensure safety
  • Setting up detours, signage, and roadblocks to guide traffic
  • Assisting with lane closures and managing public safety during construction

Sign Installation & Post Setting

  • Installing street signs, utility poles, and barriers
  • Setting posts for signs and traffic control devices

Job Site Safety

  • Setting up safety barriers, warning signs, and traffic control
  • Inspecting safety equipment and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Ensuring workers wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Quality Control & Inspection

  • Assisting with quality checks for materials and finished work
  • Ensuring construction meets specified codes and standards
