Committed to Giving Back & Lifting Others Up
Building Stronger Communities Together
At Laborers Local 154, we believe that the strength of our union goes hand in hand with the strength of our communities. We’re dedicated to making a positive impact, not just on job sites but across the neighborhoods and towns we call home. Giving back is a core part of who we are, and we’re proud to support our community through involvement, volunteering, and lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed.
From supporting local charities and schools to organizing food drives and participating in neighborhood cleanups, Local 154 members are actively involved in creating lasting change. Volunteering is a chance for us to connect with others, work together, and make a difference. It’s about more than building careers—it’s about building communities. Together, we’re stronger, and together, we can make a difference.
Join us in our commitment to making our community a better place for everyone.
